Delivery of goods

  • The goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized agent (courier).
The buyer who chooses the delivery method when placing the order agrees to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
The product will be sent to the delivery address you specified in the order completion section. Make sure that the address is correct and current, and reflects the address at which you would like to receive the parcel! If the parcel was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and resending the goods. The buyer agrees to accept the goods himself or indicate the recipient. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods were delivered to the indicated address, the Buyer is not entitled to make claims to the Seller for the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
The seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the order section for the selected delivery method. These terms are indicative and, in addition, do not apply if the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the Buyer is notified of the absence of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller shall immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery conditions.
The seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
In all cases, if the goods are in defective packaging, if the delivered order contains unsolicited goods, an inadequate quantity of goods, the goods are incomplete, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
In all cases, the Buyer who notices packaging damage during delivery must make notes in the package delivery document or write a separate report on such damage. The buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so leads to the fact that the Seller is exempted from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods as a result of damage to the packaging not specified by the Buyer in the courier delivery document.
